In Store Price and Payment Terms

Prices advertised are in Canadian Dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes, shipping and handling. Payment types include:Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Canadian Travellers Cheques, Debit Card/Interac, Diner's Club and Canadian Cash.
At present Dunne & Rundle do not accept Personal Cheques.

Although we strive to keep the web site 100% accurate, it is inevitable that errors will occur. In the event of a error, we reserve the right to correct them. Some product may be limited to on hand stock only.



Refunds and Exchanges

Dunne & Rundle has a 7 day refund or 14 day exchange policy. All items for Refund or Exchange must be complete (all packaging, manuals, warranty slips etc.) and must be in the same condition it was sold. Product not returned in new condition will be subject to a re-stocking fee. The receipt or invoice must also be present at the time of Refund or Exchange. Shipping, freight, and insurance charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error. Items not accepted for return include: Film, Batteries, Memory Cards and nonstocked Special Order Products.



Shipping

Dunne & Rundle will inform you of estimated shipping dates but will not be responsible for delays in delivery. Cost and shipping will be shown on your receipt. It is recommended that customers inquire with Dunne & Rundle about delivery, pricing and insurance.
Please inspect your merchandise for contents and condition upon delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to Dunne & Rundle within two (2) business days upon receipt date.


Warranties

Most items sold by Dunne & Rundle are covered by a Canadian manufacturer's or International warranty. The warranty does not cover damage to goods caused by mishandling, impact, water, sand, moisture, leakage of batteries or tampering.
